Welcome to Zipply. By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Overview
Zipply is a web application that allows registered users to create shortened URLs, generate QR codes, and track usage analytics. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis with flexible subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Plus).
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Zipply only for legitimate purposes. You will not use Zipply to:
- Create shortened URLs that redirect to phishing, malware, or harmful content
- Spam, harass, or deceive users through misleading shortened links
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to breach security, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt service
- Generate content that is illegal, offensive, or violates our abuse policies
Zipply reserves the right to immediately remove links, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use Zipply, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Verify your email using the OTP sent to you
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
Plan Tiers: Zipply offers three subscription levels:
- Normal (Free): 3 short URLs + 2 QR codes per day, forever free
- Pro: Rs 199/month for 10 short URLs + 10 QR codes per day
- Plus: Rs 299/month for 25 short URLs + 25 QR codes per day
Daily Limits: Usage limits reset daily at midnight IST (Asia/Kolkata timezone). Once exhausted, you cannot create new links or QR codes until the next day.
Subscription Validity: Paid plans are valid for exactly 30 days from activation. After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Normal (Free) plan.
Plan Changes: You may upgrade to a higher tier anytime. Downgrading or changing plans is only possible after your current plan expires.
Payments: All payments are processed through Razorpay in test mode. By upgrading, you authorize payment and agree to Razorpay's terms.
No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at plan expiry.
5. Shortened URLs & QR Codes
Ownership: You own all shortened URLs and QR codes you create. We are not responsible for the destination content.
Expiry: URLs can have optional expiry dates. After expiry, the short link no longer redirects. Deletion is immediate upon your request.
Deletion: When you delete a shortened URL or QR code, it is immediately disabled and cannot be recovered. Links created by others using your custom IDs remain active unless individually deleted.
Link Removal: Zipply reserves the right to remove or disable any links that contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
6. Content & Click History
Zipply tracks and displays click counts, visitor device information, timestamps (IST), and browser details for your links. This data is visible only to you and is used for analytics purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zipply is provided "as-is" without any warranties. Specifically, Zipply is not liable for:
- Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access despite security measures
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
- Third-party content, malware, or harmful destinations you link to
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zipply's liability is limited to zero.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and trademarks on Zipply belong to Aman Show or are licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
9. Termination
Zipply may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your access to all data is revoked and accounts cannot be reinstated.
10. Changes to Terms
Zipply may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of Zipply after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
