Need help with Zipply? Here are quick answers to the most common issues users face.
1. Shortened URL not working
Make sure the link is copied correctly. If the short link is expired or deleted, it will show a 404 page.
2. Clipboard button not working
Use a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Clipboard actions may fail in insecure contexts.
3. QR code still works after deletion
This is expected. QR codes encode the destination directly, so once generated they can still resolve even if records are deleted from dashboard history.
4. Analytics not showing
Check that you're signed in with the same account that created the link. Analytics are account-specific.
5. Payment failed
Verify your card or payment method details and try again. Payments are processed via Razorpay, and temporary gateway issues can also cause failures.
