Need help using Zipply? These are the most common questions based on the current product flow.

1. Is Zipply free to use?

Yes. The Normal plan is free and includes 3 short URLs and 2 QR codes per day.

2. What are the paid plan limits?

Pro allows 10 short URLs and 10 QR codes per day. Plus allows 25 short URLs and 25 QR codes per day.

3. When do daily limits reset?

Daily usage limits reset at midnight IST (Asia/Kolkata).

4. Do I need an account?

Yes. Signup and email OTP verification are required to create and manage links and QR codes.

5. Can I set expiry on short links?

Yes. You can set an expiry date while creating a short URL. Expired links stop redirecting.

6. Can I track clicks and history?

Yes. Zipply provides click counts and history details in your dashboard for each short link.

7. Can I use custom short IDs?

Yes. You can choose your own short ID if it is available and valid.

8. What happens if I delete a link or QR?

Deleted items are removed from your dashboard history and cannot be recovered.

9. Which payment gateway is used?

Plan upgrades are processed through Razorpay.
